Abril remains as Champ

This is crap, this is only the interim belt. The WBA needs to do the right thing, but of course they won't. To really fix this:
1. Give Abril the full Champion belt
2. Change the loss on Abril's record to a win
3. Change the win on Rios record to a loss
4. Fire the judges who gave the fight to Rios

So Abril keeps the belt to pay the sanctions but stoll has a loss while Rios keeps the win and is more than likely moving up in weight to bigger and better things. Good job WBA
