Floyd basically had to leave TR anyway. He was suing Arum for back money.

Cotto needs to set his own traps.

Throw a punch, and anticipate Floyd to counter it, so that you can counter that.

Way god damn harder to do it then say it, but thats how he needs to do it.
I feel so bad for Foreman. He should not have been in there. And the grandstanding ref made him take unnecessary punishment for the same ending.

Exactly. Cotto's fans admire his warrior heart more than if He wins or looses. For most of us, Cotto is already a winner just by getting up from 2 ilegal carrier ending loses to fight his way back up to the top of the sport.
Win or loose, Cotto is a winner and a hell of a warrior.
A 0 record is just great management, but speaks little about the heart of a warrior.
Sht, look at how many people followed Gatti, before and after his loss to Mayweather. People love that warrior heart more than an 0 record and those are mostly Cotto fans.

              Pacquiao.
No JMM. And maybe no long layoff if he stays at TR. SO it all comes down to which road is tougher- Margs, Cotto, Pac or Baldo, ODH, Hatton, JMM, Mosley.

              Is the TR road tougher?

It's a poor excuse either way.

Look, I can't blame floyd for making 100 milly fighitng, but it doesn't mean he's challenged himself to the fullest, which is what psychopaths like myself care about. And it certainly means that he should never ever be mentioned as one of the best boxers ever.

The guy is an lower end ATG, but it kills me that he could have been a top 20 atg if he wanted to be.

I just get pissed with these lame excuses people make as to why he never really tried to fight the best, post "pretty boy". To say that he would have never gotten oscar if he fought margs is just plain fanboyism.

Huge fan of both fighters, glad this fight is finally happening. I would love to see Cotto whip Mayweathers a** for 12 rounds but realistically I cant see it. For those who say it will be a complete mismatch are mistaken. Cotto always comes to fight and he'll make it good for however long it last. Mayweather by decision when it's all set and done.
