Uhh duh. We know that. Just like a win over Ray Leonard would be better than that. And?

Of course a win over Shane in 06 is better than one in 2010.

Again, if Mayweather built a time Macine and beat Henry Armstrong in 1938 it would be better than beating Baldomir in 09.

Neither of these statements have any relevance unless you're suggesting Mayweather avoided Shane in 06.

Which everyone knows, that he of course, didn't.

The problem is you wont say "a shane win in 06 would be better on floyd's resume, yet shane didn't give him the opportunity." You are essentially penalizing floyd for SHanes actions. Hence the irrational hate label.

          Exactly

It's crazy ****, to be honest. I'm pretty baffled by it.

I get the notion that "floyd doesn't have many prime HOF fighters on his resume" critque so long as you point out Shane, Manny and ODH all refused to fight floyd when they were prime. Hatton and Cotto same but to a lesser degree because they were in lower weight classes.

What's weird is that if they used the same criteria on others that they do for Floyd, this argument wouldn't exist. Baldomir was linear champ, not Margarito. Baldomir had the better "big" name on his dossier, not Margarito. This coming from a person who believes Carlos couldn't hold Tony's jock strap.

Those fights (you brought up zoo in this thread, not me, and you didnt tell me shi t in that other zoo thread i didnt know) would have put floyd top 25 atg in my opinion. I wish floyd would have fought them at the times i mentioned because he could have

There may not be ablueprint to beat Mayweather, but there are thousands of blueprints on how to irriationally criticize him and hold him to a different standard than any other fighter.

Hey floyd, make ODH and SHane fight you when they are prime else you are not an ATG. I guess Frazier had to beat Ali BEFORE he went to jail.
