The $$$$. Plain and simple. Martinez could care less about that BS WBC title that's rightfully his. He just wants to get that nice payday for whoopin up JCC Jr. It's sad that argueably the 3rd best fighter P4P can't get a decent payday for the life of him. He's stuck chasing this kid as a result.

I'm calling Sergio out on every site he is right Chavez should step up but he should step up and fight Lara or P-will III but he keeps trying to fight names so he is no better then the guys he is calling out point blank. He wants to fight Chavez or little ass Pacman and Money he is weak!

well hopefully Lee will beat chavez then we will get Lee v martinez. If chavez wins (it will probably be by a dodgy decison if he does cause imo Lee is the more skillful of the two) he will find a way to duck him.
