Another one of Floyd games. Get into the trainers head which he has done. Cotto don't go for that. Guy been doing this for years. Last two days Floyd and Pedro been going back and forward. Another entertaining way to sell the fight.

Doesn't this sounds unethical on Gamboa's part to any body here? Just a question.

Never thought Gamboa was such a sell out.

Lmfao so gamboa forgets to tell floyd how rigo el chacal whoop his ass three times in cuba ! Man gamboa is good but he was exposed in cuba by diaz and rigo . Most people dont know they fought 3 times cause most americans arent allowed in cuba unless you have family or you go thru a church mission . Diaz helped train gamboa as well, who you think trained the cuban national team and brought them all that gold .gamboa dosent know where the hell he is standing right now ,all you have to do to scare him is just mention rigo and the fights he lost and watch the fear in his eyes light up like christmas !

            cotto's face a nice target

Cotto way too slow to beat Floyd. Cotto comes in slowly leading with his face and absorbs punishment well till the late rounds when his face falls apart. Little defense and reflexes that seem to be shot will give Mayweather a very easy stoppage by round 10. Cotto is a shot spent drained fighter.

This totally contradicts EVERYTHING Floyd has been saying. Number one, Diaz isn't fighting, Cotto is. Him and Ellerby have been saying this for weeks. Number two Roger and Floyd have said that they don't care about what other people are doing or how they're training. This is obviously just Floyd playing mind games with Cotto and his camp.

So just because Gamboa beat Diaz's fighters doesn't mean hes a bad trainer.

I agree with you guys. I believe the best a trainer can do is bring out the best in his fighter. Like the old saying goes, you can't polish a turd. (Not that I think Miguel's a turd, but you get the point.) If I thought Mayweather and Cotto were nearly on the same level, I would say the trainer might make the difference. However, I don't believe they are on the same plane. I think Floyd is a notch above Miguel. I would be beyond impressed if Cotto pulls the upset. Good luck to him.
