Pedro Diaz, the trainer of WBA junior middleweight champion Miguel Cotto (37-2, 30KOs), advised BoxingScene.com that he is not worried, whatsoever, about Yuriorkis Gamboa providing information to Floyd Mayweather Jr. (42-0, 26KOs). Diaz worked with a young Gamboa when he was an amateur back in Cuba. The two men are very familiar with each other.

Its like a ploy to get into his head. I dont even believe Floyd would ask anything about Diaz. Anyway, doesn't matter if Gamboa actually did tell him all Diaz's secrets, he's not the one hes gonna be fighting. A fight is divided between mostly the fighter and some of the trainer. So just because Gamboa beat Diaz's fighters doesn't mean hes a bad trainer.
