De La Hoya is with Top Rank? first of all Pacquiao is no Barry Bonds, nor is he a Chris Beniot. i don't recall Pacquiao lookin like Mark Mcguire nor a British Bulldog. you sound like another Floyd fanboy lookin to be acknowledged. and if you support Floyd and the bull**** that flies out of his mouth.. your not American, you're a **** sucker. ya know, the kinds that does ****. so all this **** about enhancing the size of your head needs to cease! Wow, de la hoya, the biggest draw in the history of boxing is the only exception to manny fighting another fighter outside of top rank. And mind u that fight was after floyd fought him at 154 and de la hoya came down to 147..... and though manny is not outrageously huge he is noticeable a lot bigger, only pacquiao fans or mayweather haters would disagree. But when u take a sentence or 2 and comment on just that, your missing the overall point. And actually there were 2 points. If I'm an athlete, and somebody publiclly accuses me of something I didn't do, if I wasn't willing to disprove the accusations when they were made, why do so 3 years later. Who can forget the numerous excuses he had the 1st time when mayweather shocked them by asking initially. But in all actually a month from now this will all be a mute point. Cause bradley will do pacquiao in....... but simple question, if u were pac man now, and a large majority of people "maybe including himself" believes that mayweather is afraid, why concede and agree to the exact same test u rejected 3 years earlier.......be serious, if anybody had something to prove after making false accusations it would be mayweather riiiiiight. So why agree to anything he says regarding random testing, isn't that the reason he filed the lawsuit in the 1st place. Like mayweather said "ray charles can see it, and if manny was not fighting mayweather and hitting a baseball not some arrogant, rich negro most of you naysayers would agree too.

He got his "CEO" "expertise" by being 2nd cornerman for Mayweather fights. That's more than enough to get anyone sued......

Tell me how you know he agreed to all the test tell me how you know what because Pacquiao said he did or Arum but they change their answer everytime they are asked about it. I bet you think it should be 50/50 too when one fighter(Mayweather) makes 3 to 4 times more per fight and i can prove it you clown.

look one dude( Mayweather) is willing to be randomly tested with no problem no cut off dates or anything to prove himself, the other guy (Pacquiao) has a bunch of different excuses why he couldn't take random blood testing and he has changed the excuse on testing a minimum of 10 times. Anybody that has a brain knows something is up.

there's no law preventing gamboa from spending time at the mayweather gym so how could top rank file a case against ellerbe?

now if mayweather promotions signs him up then for sure a suit is coming their way.

First of all, he can be sued regardless of whether there's any case against him. The judge can immediately throw it out as "frivolous" or "harrassment", and wasting the court's time.

If they can prove by witnesses that Ellerbe was whispering in Gamboa's ear BEFORE he ran out on the fight, they have a case they probably win. If they can prove by witnesses and perhaps other evidence, that Ellerbe was persuading Gamboa to break his contract and sign with someone else, they can sue and probably win, but needing to prove damages.

But, the Mayweather paranoia runs deep, and it surfaces the ways you've seen, full of unfounded accusations. I think that mentally he is not in good shape.

EVERYONE knows he agreed, even Mayweather supporters!!!!! Where the hell have you been for the past 6 months????? There are tons of articles showing this, even Mayweather knows he agreed because he called Pac to discuss the money terms. GET with the times!
