So how does he sign a contract then on the same day demands that Floyd has to pay 10 million for every pound he goes over 147. Which obviously means that Manny is still in the demands phase.

"Agreeing" and "Signing" are two different things. How can they sign a contract when they are not 100% on where they will be fighting? That doesn't even make sense. And we know for a FACT that Floyd will only be fighting at the MGM in Vegas.
