If PAC is willing to take the random drug test and that was the only thing that's stopping the fight, wouldnt it be smart for PAC to have had his own random testing against Marquez and now Bradley that way he would show he serious about going thru with random testing. However he continues to fight fighters under his own promotion company where he can dictate the terms. H e had the oppurtunity to make FLOYD look silly if he would have said you know what I'll show you Im serious about testing and from now on when I fight random testing will be in the terms, but he didnt do that.
please - anyone that thinks this fight will happen is deluding themselves. Floyd is scared straight. all he said for 2 yrs was take the test; then once that's agreed to, now $ is a problem. and the funny thig is that PAc is mor of a draw now than he was 2 yrs ago.
anyone that buys Floyd-Cotto encourages Floyd to continue duckn Pac bc he will never fight PAc wen he gets 1 mil ppv buys for fighters that ar 7-1 undrdogs. If u have any desire to see Pac-Floyd, dont buy floyd-Cotto

It's not rocket science. It's 3rd grade math.

There's no exceuse for Floyd's using excuse after excuse.

He doesn't want the fight and can't care less about his fans, otherwise he would have already agreed to fight Pacquiao instead of offering him 40 million on a potentially 70 million dollar fight.
I have already addressed this in other posts on this thread.

but for the bold, I notice when people say these things they dont mention the NUMEROUS excuses Arum used to avoid the fight up till Floyd said 40 million. You do understand it was never going to happen. Arum was not going to allow it. From the cut, to stadium, to date all these things were before Floyd offered the 40 million.

      WAS NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN!

You do realize that it took 2 years to agree to simple tests?

And im buying like im buying Pac vBradley. And no Pac is no longer a huge draw after he lost to JMM. Still a big draw, bigger than most, but not a huge draw anymore. Alot of his causal fans have jumped ship. Just look at the forums not just this one. There is no buzz for his fight.

          HUH? What??? Say Agian...

Did the quote say they saw no economic sense in fighting the biggest money maker in boxing? No economic sense translates to them ducking my man Floyd. Some guy misread the comment and said that that's Floyd's way of saying that he's scared. He's obviously blinded by his disdain for Mr. Mayweather. So blinded by it that he can't even read straight. Floyd's ONLY fighting Cotto because Mr. Pacquiao won't man up. He didn't man up when Floyd agreed on that 50/50 that he's *****ing about now. If Floyd gives him the 50/50, they'll find another excuse to duck him. The truth always comes to light. He called Manny out prior to his poor showing against the great technician JMM, he reserved the MGM Grand for the biggest date in boxing, and Pacquiao simply refused. His promoter had other plans and him not resisting shows that he doesn't want to fight Floyd. Marquez gave him a tough time. Floyd will defeat him soundly and he's more aggressive now than I've ever seen him before. Pacquiao will get knocked out.

Floyd is basically doing what Oscar did to him and its obvious. He knows this fight will sell big so he wants the bigger cut(as fighter vs fighter it should be 50-50 imo but we have to be honest here, if anyone deserves the bigger cut then its Floyd because he holds the record of PPV). In Floyd's eyes he would be losing money doing a 50-50 since in his eyes he deserves and expects more then a 50-50 because of his PPV record and not only that, most experts see him as the #1 P4P now. What I find funny is earlier when they were trying to make this fight happen Floyd said he would only let this fight be a 50-50 if Manny agreed to his testing demands and if he didn't agree then and there then the 50-50 deal would no longer be on the table later down the future. Now here we are and everyone is acting surprised that he no longer wants to do it. Arum is playing his cards right with the public because now all of a sudden Manny agrees to the testing but then says he was willing to take a smaller purse to make the fight happen(He obviously remember what Floyd said in the past) but that has all changed.

Still a number he wouldnt be able to get fighting anybody else......Floyd can fight anybody and make more than that, Manny can't and that's why Floyd should'nt and would'nt pay Pac more than that....Business is business and Pacquioa either takes the deal that's on the table (The Lord and Vison Quest knows he needs it desperately), or keeps making less to fight opponents that mainstream America havent even heard of (atleast from this point on hence Tim Bradley)
Floyd has never made $40 million for a fight, Pacquiao could make 30 million for the Bradley fight, plus his endorsements which are worth millions.

Pacquiao bring more money to the table, but is still willing to give Floyd 50/50, Floyd don't want it though.

Nothing to do with the split, he just fears Manny.

That why they were having drinks together and having a nice chat with Jerry Jones only a couple of years back.

Floyd and Arum get on fine, but Floyd needs a joker up his sleeves if the other excuses to duck the fight run out.

                    Whats is wrong here?
Haha... these are what you're dealing with in this site. These fans fell for Floyd really hard even to the point of embarrassing themselves with silly logic even a five year old can't possibly come up with. Easy fight, easy money. Around $100 million for an easy fight. And their boxer businessman idol turned it down. They'll do anything to protect their hero. This is hilarious. ;-)

Arum said it makes no economical sense to fight Mayweather?
