Mayweather already said he didn't want to end up like M. Ali, and he wants to protect his health. That is an indirect way of saying he wants to retire without fighting Pacquiao, and possibly get Hattonized.

No that is a crap deal. After his loss to JMM this is not a 50/50 fight no matter what some say but to say he wants 100% is crazy talk. And i dont believe anything Koncz says so just throw that out the window. This is a 60/40 fight at best. I think Floyd just screwing with Arum though.

Let's be objective here, it's obvious Pac doesn't want to go to 154 (He would'nt even fight Cotto at that weight for his June 9 th fight that shows where is confidence is in terms of that weight class) so what are his options if he don't accept the 40 million and fight Floyd???

On the other hand, Floyd has plenty of options. My point is, Pac better take that 40 million being it's the only way he'll see that kind of money. Floyd gets paid more than per fight regardless of who he fights.

Right. Now if Floyd gives in to the 50/50 deal and Pacquiao loses, his fans will say:

"Oh, we knew he would lose. But he's wealthy loser. Not exactly true. Opinions changed when he decided not to fight Khan and instead sign with TR to fight Casamayor then get a manny fight. SO he is still a good young fighter we agree. But you can't expect people not to hold him accountable for the decisions he made.

Pacquiao was a joke before they linked his name with Floyds. You eliminate the Floyd haters and thats half of Mannys fan base.

Thats why Floyd was at Manny's fights cheering him on.

Floyd has to piggyback his name with Manny's to get the most coverage. Pacquiao is a global icon, Floyd wishes he had Pacquiao's endorsement and has even shed tears because he hasn't.

If you say all Floyd does is take the easier fights than why hasnt he fought Manny yet? Style wise Manny is the esaiest fight of them all. What does Manny do on tape that would have Floyd worried? Hes fast and he can punch big deal. Hes clumbsy, no defense, and he has no jab. Not to mention the 5" reach advantage in Floyds favor. Hes simply a one handed fighter trying to fight the best fighter in the world. Give me a break dude.
