He always finds a way to hit every fast opponent because he has excellent timing. He actually punches with his opponent. Floyd's inactivity over the years, his low per round punch-output(40-45), and his inferior resume(lack of competition) will come back to hunt him on Saturday. Oh yeah, and he fights strictly for money and Cotto fights for legacy. When you start doing things like that, boxing becomes very dangerous; on May 5th, history will be made. I hope you bET at least $100.00 on Cotto. You won't be sorry.
Thread after thread. whining and *****ing. We get it. FLoyd isn't a fake humble guy like ODH and Manny. He's a fake gangsta. You hate his **** talking. blah blah blah.

I like that floyd used the 24/7 ODH platform to make himself a star. I would of course prefer he didn't become a fake thug gangsta.

But you dont like the fact that ODLH and Manny uses the 24/7 platform to make themselves a star by their own means?

            I agree.........

Hey. I agree with you about using the Oscar fight and 24/7 to become a star but it gets old after a while. He would be an even bigger star if he had been more humble in the process. This isn't WWE man. I think that is what partly changed his persona when he did the whole Big Show angle. His talents speak for themselves honestly. I mean all boxers have egos to some degree.

no but by comparison since cotto is supposedly " SHOT " and floyd is the "BEST" i'd say cotto has looked alot better then floyd in recent fights...mayweather doesnt impress me one bit and neither does cotto...but im going for my boy cotto cuz i believe he has the heart, power, and proper strategy with pedro diaz to pull the victory...(not upset) to me i feel every fight is 50/50 whether or not on paper it begs to differ. Floyd imo is somewhat overlooking cotto and that could be a big mistake. Neways come fight night im betting cotto wins.

Has nothing to do with it. ODH was a star long before this. Manny had been in with popular mexican fighters and had an established ethnic base before 24/7. Both their images had been cultivated by Bob Arum before 24/7 as well. Floyd became a fake gangsta specifically for the ODH fight.

Floyd's style wasn't popular. He used the 24/7 platform of the ODH fight to go from the B-side of Gatti to the A-side of everyone.

He was humble before that. Was he a big star?

So blatantly headbutting and kissing a man doesn't warrant a sucker punch?

What if Floyd puckered up first as if to kiss him back, THEN sucker punched him, would that have been more fair?
