Say Mang,,,which fight do you consider Jr's best Welterweight fight in the past 8 years ?

        • This is why I don't........

Comments like "I know for a fact I work harder than any fighter in history", is why I don't like Floyd. It is just not a smart or humble thing to say. To say that means you are more accomplished than Leonard? Duran? Hagler? Whitaker? Holyfield? Ali? I highly doubt that. See, Mr. Mayweather, in order to be mentioned in that company, you have to take risks; something you have never been willing to do upon leaving Arum. He had you on the path to greatness, but when you left him, you became a part-time fighter who cherry-picked your way to self-proclaimed greatness. In a time of economic struggle and declining sports heroes, humbleness goes a long way. That is why fighters like Cotto, De La Hoya, Trinidad, and Manny are globally loved by the fans. They didn't shoot down other fighters accomplishments, their work-ethic, make racial remarks, or accuse any other fighter of anything as crazy as steroid use without any proof; I hope this Saturday will be a humbling experience for you.

You hate Floyd the person, not Floyd the boxer. There is a distinction between the two. I'd say I work harder than everyone else if damn near everyone else is saying it too. What did the guy from Ghana say about Floyd? I've never seen a rich man work so hard like he's poor. Ali talked **** and backed it up, Floyd does the same.

whats the difference between saying your opponent is a bum and Koing him in 3 rounds and saying he;'s a great competitor and KOing him in 3rds?

              Please tell me?

              • No class..........

Everybody knows he has no class. He comes from a family of egotistical maniacs. The way he talked about Oscar's wife and kids, the way he talked about Manny and all the racist remarks and accusations weren't necessary. He claims to be the greatest to ever lace up gloves. WHY? Because he's undefeated? That's what he says. He claims that because every other fighter in history has lost and he hasn't, makes him better. Who says things like that? I am sure Whitaker thinks different, Ali, Leonard, Hagler, and any other great fighter who took risks in the ring. He's a mean guy who is mad at the world and doesn't want to admit it. He's a talented fighter but nothing special. I don't know how good he REALLY is because he's a part-time fighter. Like I said, some things are better off unsaid. Ali was an ass-hole too, but at least he gave you an opportunity to beat him by accepting a fight with anyone. Floyd simply can't say that, can he?

He's nothing special. He's a ww champ that would be favored against every fighter from 147-168 except ward at 168 and sergio at 160. Its ok to hate but at least be real.

                    Are you serious?

You think Floyd can beat Bute, and Direll at 168? Holy SMOKES!!!

This is getting out of hand.

                    • Mabe.........

You may be right about being favored over Manny or Martinez BUT that could all change by Saturday. What I mean is people only remember your last fight; even if he wins but it's very close or remotely competitve, odds would shift big-time. On another note, I think he's a great talent, but he's an unproven talent also. There are still questions to be answered about Floyd the fighter and that is why he is still fighting.
