Yep being relative to the Ortiz fight, I think Ortiz came in around 164 the night of the fight. Floyd handled it pretty well. The size difference doesn't seem to weigh much of a factor to him.Comment

I wouldn't be surprised if Floyd ends up only being a couple pounds heavier then what Pac will be weighing against Bradley. Pac needs the CW, Floyd don't need it. Floyd will be fighting another fighter at their best weight, while the other, well not so much
PS: Remember Paclanders, Floyd is fighting the version of Cotto that Manny quacked!!!Comment

What a joke. After what Cotto went thru with Margarito and Manny, you think that this weight excuse will hold? That's a line that Floyd uses on his followers as he has them trained well.
The rest of us don't buy into Floyd's "Cotto has never lost" .... but
Please let me know when was the last time that Cotto looked impressive enough to make you think that this excuse of a cherry pick was great and make you think that this "best weight" means something? .... I'll wait!
By the way, please don't come back and say against the one-eyed Margarito, or the bark and no bite Mayorga or the one-legged Foreman .....Last edited by ADP02; 05-01-2012, 09:14 PM.Comment

At the end of day. Floyd will be fighting the guy Manny had first dibs on only to duck him later because of a CW. Manny can step down and take notes on how to dominate a fighter with out draining them!!What a joke. After what Cotto went thru with Margarito and Manny, you think that this weight excuse will hold? You question is pointless and irrelavent to why Manny ducked Cotto. You can make every excuse why Cotto is shot or why Manny or Floyd shouldn't be fighting Cotto because that doesn't matter.
What matters is Floyd is fighting the guy Manny ducked. Thats the reality. You can say what you want on your opinion on how Cotto is not worthie or what ever, because apprently Manny is indeed impressed with Cotto's recent victories cause Manny is too scare to fight Cotto with out a CW so Floyd will then have to step up and show Manny how to beat a fully hydrated fighter in the fighter's own weight class!!!Comment

The Pac ******s hate the stark reality of this , they have no answer to it so they just spin their own baseless tales of yeah but .You question is pointless and irrelavent to why Manny ducked Cotto. Well yeah but Manny wanted this Cotto and DUCKED him because of not getting a CW , and the bottom line is Floyd stepped up and took Cotto at a weight where Manny ran off looking for a little guy in inhouse Bradley who could not win a single round from Floyd .
Imagine Floyd saying NO to Cotto because of the weight and then bringing Bradley up to 147 , the Pac ******s would call him a cherry picker and give Bradley NO CHANCE .Comment

My question is pointless because you are just following whatever Floyd feeds you, unfortunately. I on the other hand said it even before I heard that Cotto wasn't fighting Manny that I didn't want to see that fight because Manny already took care of Cotto and most knowledgeable boxing fans know that even if Cotto came in at his "normal" weight, he would still lose .... Cotto's prior fight, he came in at 146 while with Manny he came in at 145.You question is pointless and irrelavent to why Manny ducked Cotto. Cotto never said he was drained .... only Floyd said that .... like as if Floyd knew.
So my question of Cotto not being impressive is irrelevant? Cool story.
Cotto had to show me more to make me think that someone like Floyd or Manny should take on a Cotto at this point in time.
For you and Floyd, it's awesome because "Cotto is comfortable at 154" .... even though the rest of us know that he wanted to fight Margarito at 150!!!! lol!Comment

Cotto showed Manny enough for Manny to duck him with out a CW!!! That's what matters and the reality and not what you cheerleaders think or believe. Manny has the last words on you paclanders. Manny's actions to duck Cotto because of a CW speaks louder then your pom poms!!!My question is pointless because you are just following whatever Floyd feeds you, unfortunately.
