I've been watching Hopkins long enough to know that this was his plan all along. He figured he'd get out of the first fight because Dawson was hitting him too cleanly and he didn't have enough survival tactics, plus he'd figure he could get 2 pay days out of it. Call me crazy, but i don't think he came to win last night. I think he wanted to be sneaky, do his usual rough/slick stuff just to make the fight close and then cry robbery after the fight. Hes a smart man, i give him that.

I actually agree with this. He didn't seem to have that ferociousness and look in his eyes that he had in the Pascal fights. He seemed happy to just let the fight pass him by.

i think he won. they both basically did **** all. all in all hopkins actually landed more clean shots, even though they didn't have any power. he was the champ so he should have to be beaten to lose and he wasn't beaten, never hurt once, never worried once (always smiling and taunting dawson).

Compubox was the most inaccurate I have ever seen it.
Dawson missed 80% or more of what he threw.
Hopkins has a valid point.
Dawson was fighting Bernards fight.
The 114-114 was the best score.
A draw would have been fair.

One thing i did notice was the few times they did trade punches Dawson definitely looked the younger, bigger and stronger guy.

In the Pascal fights, whenever Pascal swung, B-Hop stood his ground.

Not only did Hopkins clearly lose this fight but he proved his NC in his previous fight to Dawson was a complete error as well.

There was a moment where after he took some shots, Bernard held Dawson and then proceeded to mysteriously loose his balance and end up through the ropes. It was so poorly acted that Dawson begun laughing.

someone show me more than 5 good punches landed by dawson..Manny Steward knew Hopkins wasnt getting hit, he was saying it and he backs Dawson more.

hopkins would catch or dip and duck almost everything Dawson threw, thats why Dawson wasn't throwing more punches and putting combos together because he could never really get a rhythm to land so he figured he would just be the ineffective aggressor and hope that would win on points cause moron judges award aggressivness over everything else.
