was about to say the same thing. if the bute fight doesn't happen this should get made. i actually might want to see this fight more than bute depending on how he looks against froch.

Bute can always move up to light heavy and fight the winner. Ward-Bute needs to happen at some point. But nothing in the rules says it happen at super middleweight. Ward-Dawson is a bigger fight, IMO. Bute can beat Froch next month. Ward and Dawson can do their thing 5-6 months from now. Bute can move up and fight the Cloud-Pascal winner. Then match up the winners. If its Ward and Bute, which I think it will be. The fights much bigger than it would have been if they fought this year for the super middleweight strap.

I was thinking the same thing. People seem to have forgotten the 12th round of the first Bute-Andrade fight. Something tells me the skilled pressure of Ward breaks the Canadian. I'm definitely not understanding all the hoopla surrounding Bute.
