Jorge Barrios (the dude that gave Freitas hell and recently picked up a title)
Zab Judah (yeah he's still isn't "there" yet)
Juan Lazcano (recently came back after a long lay off)
Calvin Brock

I think Judah is top ten p4p right now personally. Lazcano is a sleeper that people seem to forget. He is a badass. Hard to blame him for not being quite tough enough to beat Castillo at his own game. Lazcano can make himself a top 10 guy p4p if he didn't take too much damage from that fight. Barrios is a maybe...he's just gotta get someone in the ring with him, like MAB.

Judah "made it" back in 2002 until he ran into a monster named Zoo. One of the funniest knockdowns I've seen because of the fact that right when Zab got plasted with a monster shot he tried to talk smack and fell down 3 times from a punch!
