Ok so he''s fine. Go away then. Your point is ridiculous so its no pint in discussing. How floyd views the fight, easy or hard, has no bearing on purse split.

NO because floyd is promoting the fight and is putting his money up to guarantee a return on the investment. Manny isn't putting up his own money to promote.

guys, the point isn't that it should or shouldn't be 50/50 (I think it should be 55/45 for Floyd). The point is that pacquiao shot himself in the foot when he said he'd take less. You can argue it should be 50/50 all you want but it's pacquiao's mistake by saying he'd take less and then asking for 50/50. Why would Floyd agree to that?

another thing is, for the de la hoya fight, I believe Floyd made 25 mil while Oscar got 58...and Floyd won that fight too. He paid his dues in situations like that so now that he's on top, he wants more money. Let's be honest, despite what this article says, Floyd (not Manny)is the one regarded as p4p king, especially by his peers. I put a lot more stock in what other boxers say about this fight than fans etc. Cuz those guys actually know. And in this case, every boxer I've seen asked who's better has said Floyd without hesitation.

but floyd is going to win remember?? so floyd gets the bigger slice.. this is not fair??? but offering manny a flat $40mil when the fight will make 100+mils is fair???

No he wasn't. But he did take ODH from 1.4 to 2.44 mil ppv sales. That should count for something right?

Same for manny. He doesn't deserve the paltry $40 mil no ppv. But he doesn't deserve 50/50 IMO either. Take less, make fight. Manny has this option, just like floyd has the option to move of 50/50.

Manny turned it down, not floyd. and I am not one of those people. Its simple. Manny wants to be part of the biggest fight in history, take less to do so.

lmao he was likely coked up if he said that. maybe he just doesn't remember the pac fight well because he was cold ****ed unconscious staring up at bright lights
