Everyone says Floyd's stance is wrong.
Can you name me one credible person involved in boxing saying Floyd is being resonable with his demands of a $40 million flat fee offer?
Manny was prime when he turned down the offer in dec 2009. Shane and ODH both also refused to fight floyd when they were prime.
If manny wants the ****r of being in the largest fight in history (to date) he has the option to take less to make the fight happen. SInce floyd already has achieved this, and took short money to do so, Its niether unreasonable or unfair to ask or expect manny to do the same.

Clottey, Margarito, Mosley, Marquez 3, Bradley, Marquez 4...
Man, how can you let these fights happen without stepping up and not attempt to insert yourself in between any of these fights if you were Floyd the best? Mind you, this is a fight which the majority of boxing fans around the world predict Floyd would win.
No Ricky, thank you. I don't want this fight anymore. The wear and tear is already showing on Pac. This is no longer interesting to watch.

i guess u miss the part where manny said he's fine with or without floyd.. LOL.. what i dont get is since manny is such an easy work no skill oppoent why would floyd turn down making the most money?? so floyd walks away with zero and thats fine with him??? i mean im only saying this because floyd's image is surrounded by making $$$$..

If manny wants to make history he can take less to do it.
it used to be "if it makes dollars, it makes sense."

I don't even think Floyd had sold over 500k PPV event at that point.
$40m might be Manny's highest payday, but Floyd will most likely get his highest payday for this fight as well.
AGree manny is a much bigger draw then floyd was at the time. That doesn't mean he can't take less. It means he shouldn't have to take sooo much less (eg $40 mil no ppv), IMO.
Manny refused good deal in dec 2009. Now to make fight he has to agree to something not as good. He pays for turning down a fair deal over OST. Is there anything wrong with that?
