When Pac accepted ALL THE TESTING demands, it was based on the already agreed 50-50 and then Floyd backed out of the 50-50. Both guys have an ego but Floyd's is WAY bigger. He cannot stand to not be in control. He will never compromise on yet another goal post.

Bob Arum negotiates on behalf of Pacquioa but incase you didnt know, Floyd and Arum don't do business together so maybe that's why he called Pacquioa because his business relationship with Bob Arum is non existent
