You didn't answer the question of why the terms were made in the first place... there's a very thin line between fair and ****** terms when it comes from Mayweather's PR (it's more ****** than fair).

I can't answer that but I can say that Floyd has the right to negotiate on his behalf and Pacquioa does not. Bob Arum negotiates on behalf of Pacquioa but incase you didnt know, Floyd and Arum don't do business together so maybe that's why he called Pacquioa because his business relationship with Bob Arum is non existent

Floyd, yes. Obviously he wants the fight on his terms. Now we can agree floyd has an elevated sense of self. That said, in principle, I see no reason why he shouldn't set terms. But he seems to be trying to recoup what he lost when the ODH fight sold so well. He needs to let that go if he is in fact doing that.
