Yup, Chavez Jr also walks around at 210 pounds, so Ariza is no joke. Rios body is mostly fat and skin and bones, if he can somehow put muscle on Rios he can make 135 easy, strip the fat away it takes up too much space, and replace it with lean muscle and he could just cut water weight and replenish the next day like chavez jr.

Muscle doesn't weigh more than fat. Dude I used to cut weight all the time and lifted weights for many years and dieted like crazy. Muscle doesn't weigh more than fight, a pound of fat is the same weight as a pound of muscle. Rios body was smooth and fat on his body his face was drained meaning he was just making weight by sapping water or fluids which is the rookie way to cut weight, his nutritionist is horrible, what you have to do is cut that fat and build the muscle. Ariza will take into consideration Rios BMI and his bone structure to see if he can make 135 healthy. Rios mainly cut water thats why he couldnt make weight, look at how soft his body was.
This guy answers it well about the muscle weighing more than fat.
Does muscle really weigh more than fat?
Answer:Muscle does not weigh more than fat, any more than lead weighs more than feathers. A pound is a pound is a pound. Where the misunderstanding often comes in is that muscle is much more dense than fat, so that, by volume, it seems to weigh more. That is, a pound of muscle occupies less space than a pound of fat. In addition, because a pound of muscle burns more fat than a pound of fat, even at rest, by increasing your lean muscle tissue mass, you're helping your body burn more calories.Comment
