The question is..did he legally make weight? >__>...cuz they "forgot" to test him and all.

I got Alex's back on this one Ans with all due respect to Mr. Flores, this is called hitting a plateau and breaking the plateau is where the sweet science comes into play. Rios does have enough body fat to be able to make 135.

Flores did note that he only helped Rios with his nutrition and his diet for this camp, he had nothing to do with the strength training... Maybe that played into it

It's pretty obvious Rios needs to move up to 140. Ariza just sounds pissed off all the time, and with him leaving Pacquiao and Roach it only gets stranger. He's been seen wearing Golden Boy shirts, and offering to give free conditioning help to a Garcia fighter, one that made fun of Roach's Parkinson's. Are we witnessing a downward spiral?

Funny that this Flores guy forgot to mention Julio Cesar Chavez, Jr. among Ariza's clients. Junior somehow fights at 160 and balloons up to 180 on fight night. Then fights 12 rounders without fading. That's crazy!

Ariza has a big mouth, but I'm not gonna fault the guy for being competitive in his own trade. If Alex can help Rios, then why not give him a shot?

Flores still has every right to trash Ariza coz he got called out like a fool.

Ariza needs to STFU now. hes a joke and his record speaks for itself. he started training pacman after marquez 2. Pac did worse in marquez 3 after however many years of that dink training him. total waste of time. boxing aint an exercise competition. That queen should go back to bilking middle age housewives.

Ariza knows his ****. If I were Rios, I'd listen to him.

Flores is a horrible strength conditioning trainer, compared to Ariza. I watched Flores training Pavlik and he wasnt even pushing him they were just doing some PE calisthenics and slow paced track jogs and side steps with a sweat suit lmao.
