Making weight means being at a weight where your are at top physical, mental and healthy shape, which is not determine by your size/height. It's determine on how much body fat and muscle mass you have. I agree that boxer and their trainers have to be educated in nutrition and weight loss. This is the difference between being a professional athlete and being a mediocre athlete. Knowledge is POWER!Comment
