Should we have a 5% rule on ring weights?

    Same day weigh ins.

Cutting water and dehydrating 1.5 days before the fight is bull****

I see fighters still dying and we dont have same day weigh ins anymore so that's all bs.

FYI Amateurs still weigh in the same day.

If we can't get same day weigh ins back I like the 5% rule. The integrity of any division under heavyweight is sorely lacking when fighter can come in 2 and 3 weight classes higher than the one they are actually competing for a title in.

It'll make fights far more entertaining fights if we had same day weigh ins. I also think plenty of fighters are using diuretics, they won't benefit as much neither. Everyone wins here.

Yeah I think it should be enforced. Some guys make their oponents look life dwarfs.
I think it's the IBF that does a rule something like you can't be 10lbs over. Gamboa lost his title like that against Solis even though he was in the weight kimit in the HBO unofficial weigh ins.
