He really rubs me the wrong way.

No wonder floyd tried to choke him and decided to sucker punch him.

No wonder why he got into so many street fights as a kid his whole persona literally screams punch me hard in the face.

He annoys me so much that i get of watching replays of maidana knocking him out and making him quit on his ass.

He is to me like the minigolf clown is to adam sandler in Happy Gilmore
I can't stand him either man. He comes across as such a fake, ****y, delusional idiot. But he is a very strong fighter (even though mentally ****ed), so I think he will beat Berto again, Berto is too raw.

Oh! how I wish Ortiz would train with Beristain. He would learn mental fortitud...as well as defence and combos that would demolish most oponents.

I love his fighting style but his bravado sucks.

Very interesting idea. I agree that he needs a trainer like this, or even Cotto's new trainer. Someone who can sort of coach him on how to carry himself in life outside the ring and how to be mentally strong.

Danny Garcia is like a father to him so he prolly lets too much just slip by, not enough discipline. Danny seems like a nice guy, but doesn't seem like a great trainer to me.

I would never bet a penny on a guy who once quits, then another time lets himself get knocked out on purpose. This guy is a head case, another Andrew Golota.

I believe this fight Berto has in the bag. Ortiz is a hard headed, and has no heart what so ever. Berto obviously did not prepare correctly for Ortiz they're first fight, which seems to occur with undefeated fighters. The lose to Ortiz is gonna drive Berto to train like this is a championship fight, which in his mind the Most important fight of his career to date. I've got Berto knocking out Ortiz in the 5th or 6 th round.

Hold on, in the Maidana fight, he had no balls. Now he has too much bravado?

I think Ortiz is a really good fighter, because he lost against Floyd isn't a knock on him, nobody has recorded a win against Floyd so it was expected.

I think the problem with Ortiz was he seemed like his heart wasn't in it, like we didn't know how he would react when faced with adversity. He got up, won a tough fight and I earned more respect for the kid to be honest.

Ortiz is right it wasn't close. Berto only won the 2nd round then he had a moment in the 6th round before Ortiz made it an even round. He did school Berto with technique...
