Rios Vs Abril: Biggest "robbery" of the decade??

Do you agree with the Bleach Report article on the Rios Abril fight??

"This has got to be one of the biggest robberies on the big stage in the last decade and definitely the biggest robbery this year. I've heard people compare Manny Pacquiao vs. Juan Manuel Marquez trilogy to this, I'm here to say that it wasn't even close. This robbery was worse than Paul Williams "win" over Erislandy Lara."

    full article:

Let me just start off by comparing this fight to a matador and a raging bull with Richard Abril being the matador and Brandon Rios the bull...

Since 2002? Or just this decade so far?

This decade so far? Yes. Absolutely.

It could easily be the worst robbery in the past 10 years.

Hell, it's one of the worst robberies in the history of the sport.

    It's one the same level as Whitaker-Ramirez 1, Whitaker-Chavez and Johnson-Pastrano.

      It's certainly up there.

Lara-Williams and Abril-Rios are the two worst robberies in a long time. You can throw Cloud-Campillo in there too.

      I don't call close fights robberies, Pacquiao-Marquez I-II-III/Mayweather-Castillo I.

What happened Saturday night was a robbery though.

i said the same thing saturday. probably the worst robbery ive seen since whitaker ramirez. i dont see how a robbery could get worse. mebbe u were to knock a guy out and then get dq'ed or something.

Im a Rios fan. I was watching the fight saying to myself mother ****er youre gonna lose on points if you dont step it up. Around the middle of the 10th round I stopped paying attention figuring it was over and he lost anyway.

I was quite surprised when I hopped on boxingscene later and saw the outcome...

I was thinking about that the other night, the last 10 years it would be hard to find worse there might be a couple you could argue are equal but nothing would clear cut be worse IMO.

It was a straight up heist.
