You gotta remember that Boxing is a good old boys game, where the older and senile you are the more jobs you get.
Cant legally drive a car? Why dont you judge a few world fights between guy's who's punches you cant see being thrown!
Until we do a complete wipe of the "good old Nevada/LV boys" and get some fresh blood in, Boxing will always be like this.
We need STRICT performance reviews. Fire everyone, re-hire on strict terms. Too many jokers ruining fighters lives getting 100 chances....
