45K is not enough. Rios is actually getting 450,000 for the fight. The fine is only 10%. It varies by state, but California fines 20% if i recall correctly. The fact the Rios has done this twice in a row means (imo) that they should escalate the fine percentage.

Rios needs to skip 140 and move to 147

Don't worry guys, after he gets stopped for the 1st time tomorrow night he will move up, not because his opponent is better but because his opponent is much healthier and will have more energy. Actually he should move up to 147 lbs. 140 is not going to make a big a difference.

Bam-Bam has been coming in at 137 pounds for the last couple fights. 3 pounds is a big difference for Rios. At 140 he will be much healthier and will be able to rehydrate comfortably for fight-night.

His face looks very sunken-in, but his problem is that he's got that "fat gene" as Bernard Hopkins called it when describing Tito in the lead-up to their 2001 fight. Their natural composition just doesn't let their bodies get super cut-up.
