If Pacquiao stayed at 140 (no money) he would out speed guys and knock them the **** out, can't see many at all beating him at that weight in the history of boxing. 147 he's too small to **** with guys like Hearns and Leonard.

Hopkins was luck luster in so many of his fights, winning decisions and didn't care about the crowd. I have Pacquiao above both him and Toney, Toney is more skilled than the both but ill disciplined.

Pacquiao and Hopkins are on the same level dude. Both have flaws, both are great at what they do and both have sick resumes

They're a notch below the gods like Jones, Sweet Pea and Leonard

Mayweather, Duran, Oscar, Pryor, Arguello all had a pretty good shot at beating Pac at 140 IMO
