I'll go with a less obvious one I watched last night actually.

      Lewis vs Tyson.

Damn Tyson soldiered that. It was hard too watch.

        ouch.
A beatdown and a quick KO are two different things. You already named several legit ones.

Tyson went into that fight knowing he was going to lose. He knew he was finished with top guys and didn't want to fight. Lewis threatened him with court action to force the fight, and Tyson needed the money, so he made a show for the cash customers.

Meldrick Taylor vs. Julio Cesar Chavez.

Poor Meldrick was never the same. How he went from a nicely spoken guy to a slurring shell still sticks in my mind.

Not really a beatdown but the Tyson-Thomas fight's ending is pretty brutal.

I don't know how Pinklon stayed on his feet for those few seconds.

                  EDIT

                  Would Vargas-Trinidad count?

Vargas put in an effort but Trinidad seemed to ruin him IMO.

Usually dont comment here, I only read.

Cant believe n nobody mentioned Gatti - Gamache yet.
Me being a life long Gatti fan, wanted Gamache to ou box him after seeing the first round.

Hate to say but, Tyson vs Buster Douglas, Mike scored a knockdown with the long count but, other than that Buster was putting on a clinic.
Dempsey vs Willard, 7 knockdowns in the first round, Willard was beaten senseless.
Sugar Ray Robinson vs Jake Lamotta the St. Valentine's Day Massacre.
                      Holmes vs Tex Cobb
