He never said that Roger was still making money off his fights from 2 decades ago, just that Roger was still living off the money he made 2 decades ago.

Additionally, and no offense, your argument was:

But you never made a case against whether or not Roger is financially secure, you just questioned his gullibility and implied that he is highly naive. When you question someone's ability to identify fact from fiction (especially in a public forum), that is an attack in the form of a question.

No he won't get anything near 10%. First, understand that it's commonplace for top earning fighters to make a deal with their trainers for as little as 3%. 10% is a maximum. Only a naive guy will pay 10% if he's a top earner. The Roach took advantage of Pacquiao when they were making an arrangement. The Roach left the formal agreement until after Ledwaba, maybe even another few fights, can't remember, making himself indispensible. I remember the publicity about it, and how The Roach was giving interviews all over the place, demanding "not a penny less than 10%".

A major reason why I don't like him. Taking a cunning advantage of an innocent guy.

Of course it isn't, that's only for the Dumbos. Not forgetting the 50% that the PPV companies take, and add in the Promoter's cut and his own training expenses and sparring partners. And likely a dozen things we haven't thought of. Nobody really knows what Mayweather takes home, because all the "information" we get on it comes from his mouth.

He very cleverly upped everybody's impressions by demanding impossible purses that nobody will pay him, for a fight he had no intention of making, like that $100 mill for South Africa and ...was it Singapore..or Dubai or somewhere like that??
