They said the Russian embassy secured a new gym location. They had nothing to do with his stay arraignments. More than likely it was someone affiliated with the Russian Embassy in Mexico City.

ukraine probably doesn't have an embassy in mexico.
i don't understand the secrecy though. with 1 week to go, they should have done majority of their preparations already.
