If Pac right now jumped on board and pushed the commissions to draw up a plan on implementing testing I would be willing to bet something would happen. Hell Pac being a politician can have ANY fighter that fights in the Philippines be tested. Or implement is own standard for his country with testing... There are many ways for them to change the sport. You just do not want to admit it.

So Mayweather tried to put up a roadblock vs #1 WW Champ in Shane Mosley? Why didn't Floyd just say Mosley was "too good" like Pac did?

At the end of the day if Mayweather didn't want to fight Pac, he simply wouldn't have ever went to the negotiations table (think Mayweather vs Margarito).

Have you ever heard of Floyd actually watching boxing on TV? All he talks about is Basketball and Football. He says he never watches tapes either. He refuses to watch fights at all. He's not even a fan of his own sport. He cares about himself and beating his opponent, sure but that's where the line is drawn.
