Ok let's take 130 then. If Floyd had fought prime Morales, Barrera, Nelson, De La Hoya, Arguello do you think he would have a +- ratings of 30 against these guys?

I wouldn't put to much weight on compubox.

Mays last fight they said Ortiz threw like 10 punches in rd 4 when in fact he threw around 50.

I think Barrera and Morales were prime at 122. But against Oscar and those guys we will never know. I think Oscar would have posed him most problems, as excellent as Nelson and Arguello were I think they'd definitely have trouble finding him.

Robinson fought in a tougher era in 15 round fights....of course he's going to get hit more..

I know Lamotta isn't exactly a scrub but he said himself he had no problem fighting Ray all those times because he was so easy to hit, due to his willingness to stand and trade. Robinson was never considered a defensive wizard.

Speaking of Jimmy, I don't know what the stats are now but we had the Compubox thread before and Vitali had some crazy stats. He might have better stats than Floyd, I'm not sure.

Impressive numbers but his defence wasn't so great against the only good heavyweight on his resume.

I don't know why they bother. They know damned well that Floyd's defensive is BETTER than Robinson, Ali, Leonard, etc. Therefore, even if he were in that era, we would see a significant difference in numbers. What's left up for debate is if Floyd is better or just as good from the offensive standpoint.

There should be a PowBox that shows the speed and strength of punches. Pacquiao would be number 1 and Floyd would be somewhere towards the bottom.
