Hanky? Was that a typo or something?

Anyway, no DeMarco would not be easy work especially if you put yourself on those ropes like toy did with Williams. Id take DeMarco mid-late KO, once Lundy's speed starts wearing off.

"Once Lundy's speed starts wearing off"? With all due respect, since when has Lundy's "speed wore off"? I mean, even in his loss to Molina, his speed didn't wear off, he got caught admiring his work.

Another thing, like I've said before, people are way to hard on Lundy about his chin. When he gets dropped, it's more due to the fact he's wreckless early on, as is Gamboa, and they suffer flash KD's. And everytime he's been down despite once, he's gone on to win, if not dominate.

Now that Lundy's more experienced and has learned from that Molina loss, I'd take him to outclass Demarco with his quick jab all night. That jab Lundy's got would turn Demarco like a top, and completely take him out of his rhythm. While Demarco is a good fighter, that's really all he is. He doesn't have another gear, where Lundy does. Just my opinion.

So you're telling me Lundy keeps the same workrate/speed for 12 rounds? And with DeMarco applying pressure... yea he's most likely gonna slow down. Btw I didn't mean wear completely off either, I meant it as in slow down. That's what I meant by wearing off.

Bad style matchup for Lundy, DeMarco is a patient fighter with good timing and excellent power. Would be good fight while it lasts though.

Workrate? No, of course not, who does really? But see that's where you misunderstand Lundy, boxers like him don't need or rely on a high workrate. Too many fans pay attention to high workrates and immediately think that signifies skills and a win, it doesn't.

Of course he'll slow down, just like every other fighter does, but that doesn't mean he won't get the win. With Lundy's speed and reflexes I feel in the latter part of the fight he'll be able to derail Demarco's offense long enough to coast, that's just my opinion. I mean the overall skill and speed gap here is rather big, IMO. Anyone can see that who's watched both of them long enough.

Also, Lundy's power is underrated. Yes, he doesn't have a ton of it, but he clearly has very good pop to his shots, and enough power to get a fighters respect, especially from his natural southpaw stance. I mean, David Diaz isn't some elite fighter, but he's a good solid fighter with a very durable chin, and Lundy knocked him COLD, with one, straight left hand. Fighters with quote "no power" don't knock fighters out cold with one shot that have good chins, and have only been stopped twice but very big punchersi n Holt and Pacquiao. But, hey that's just my opinion. You're entitled to yours.
