As I've said in the past, Sergio tends to flip flop about what weight he can actually make. He said he'd go down to 150 for Pacquiao, but then says he'd fight Cotto at 157 because he wasn't sure about making 154 healthy anymore. I think Sergio will say what he can to at least negotiate the fight, and THEN you will see talks of a 157 catchweight (ala Oscar vs Hopkins).
Martinez can make 154 just fine.

I think Cotto would do better at 147 against Pac than he would at 154. He would be faster and have better stamina. Why do you think Cotto, the catchweight king tried to defend his 154 lb. tittle against Margarito at a Cotto weight of 150?Do you think maybe it is because Cotto is still a welterweight? Manny is not ducking anyone . He just wants to stay at 147 so get over it. He is fighting a young undefeated black champion with speed and footwork. A fighter rated 8th p.f.p. by Ring magazine. A fighter who is everything his critics say he avoids. So you so quit calling him a cherrypicker. If he fights anyone at 154 then you will be all over him to fight all the 154 lb monsters.Let the little guy stay at 147.
Action speak louder than words. It's obvious Pacman will never fight Cotto where he doesn't have a weight advantage. That's obvious by now to those that care to keep it real.

HAHA
that fight just showed pac does not really know how to adapt or deal with movement, he did win the fight tho, mosley just didnt pull the trigger... if u understand boxing you would know that mosley shoed the blueprint on how to beat pac... but... if you punch

But I noticed that even the most blobbling slurping Manny fans are not asking for Manny to take on Sergio, why not?

Can't say he's too big, he's not too big for Floyd. Plus Sergio is an inch shorter than both Oscar & Tony "The Mason" Margarito.

If Floyd can scrap with Serg, Manny should be able to rite? Aint he the best and would beat Floyd?
Because he wont fight above 147 anymore, its too much for his body, unless......

YOU ARE COTTO AT A CATCHWEIGHT OF 150....LOL

Boy that dude PAC is a lying sack of excrement.

LOL, THATS REAL TALK BRO... EVEN HE JUST ADMITTED ITS CHERRY PICKING.. This is what he told you.

Why not fight at the opponents best weight if you are calling them out???

Bushbaby, how is Pac cherrypicking a lightweight in Marquez when he is also a lightweight and they have had two close fights before? Marquez outweighed him in the ring but somehow Pac is the Bully. Because the judges did not agree with you does not make them blind. You are bias and they are neutral. Like INDOSMOKE said how does Pac win every round against Mosley and somehow he struggled? Again you say Pac thinks he will lose to Cotto at 154 since he turned that fight down. Newsflash, just because a fighter turns down a fight it does not mean he thinks he will lose that fight. By your logic Floyd thought he would have lost to Winky Wright, Margarito, and the rematch with De La Hoya since he turned down all of those fights. Floyd obviously thought he would lose to Pac since he turned down Pac's offer of a 50 50 split of the purse if we go by your logic.

Meanwhile Pacman couldn't find a shot Mosley. Allowed him to make the final bell. Then cherrypicked a lightweight only to be outboxed, turned & left with some help from 3 blind judges. Who in turn turned around & chose, (Pacman chose Cotto), but no higher than 148. Even if his fans think he beats Cotto at any weight he doesn't obviously.
LOL. Martinez and Pacquaio are one in the same. They are the same damned fighters. Martinez cannot truly adapt, what he does instead is turn on the pressure when he senses the need of urgency. That's not adapting! Marquez truly adapts. Mayweather truly adapts. These other fighters who are not technicians whatsoever -- cannot!

Martinez throws wild punches from any angle no matter how bad. Pacquaio throws wild punches from any angle no matter how bad. Martinez has no defense. Pacquaio has no defense. Martinez is a southpaw who fights awkwardly. Pacquaio is a southpaw who fights awkwardly. Martinez is not a thinking slick boxer. Pacquaio is not a thinking slick boxer. The list goes on. And instead of critics calling them both wild fighters, they do the politically correct thing and say they both fight "unorthodox." Hahaha.

You'd be surprised, if Martinez and Mosley fought, and Mosley fought in a similar manner -- Martinez would have fits all night long too! In my opinion, both Martinez and Pacquaio are overrated.

Pac did not call Cotto out, Cotto called Pac out. Cotto started crybabing that coming in at 145 instead of 147 was why he lost the Pac fight after saying earlier that making 145 had no bad effect on him. Pac offered him a rematch at 147. Cotto said no 154 which by Bushbaby logic means Cotto knew he would lose if the fight was at 147. Bottom line is two champions could not agree on a weight so the fight did not happen. No one ducked anyone an no one thought they would lose at any special weight.

Smart guy, so why do u post dumb shyt? Is it hard for u to admit Floyds really the best, how can a "male boxing fan" let his personal feelings about a fighter cloud his logic? (That's sum female shyt).
