in my opinion it should have been a draw maybe even a win for Mercer, Briggs is going to get torn up, I just saw briggs-mercer and 44 yeard old mercer hurt briggs a couple of times, man I thought briggs was a much better fighter man he sux, there are people on here trying to say he punches harder then wlad man what clowns...

I don't think he punches harder than Wlad. Wlad has probably one of the most devastating punches in the HW division right now. If Briggs didn't take so much time off, he might have been a better fighter. The last thing a fighter loses is his punch,IMO. Mercer still had a punch when he fought Briggs.

I went to the peter/Klitscko fight in Atlantic City a couple months ago... The scene was cool. It looked to me like Peter could definately use some conditioning. There were a couple rounds where he barely even threw a punch. With the proper conditioning, he could be a dominating force. Lets hope he doesn't turn into the next Rid**** Bowe.

Haven't seen Briggs in his comeback, but he's a big boy, bigger than ever and might hit harder than Wlad. He's never faced the kind of power and strength Peter's gonna bring except with Foreman or Lewis, and Foreman was holding back a bit on really going after Briggs.

I'd like the winner to KO Rahman's lardass since Rahman ain't gonna want to face Maeskav.
Sorry to be off topic but your signature goes to show what a farce the "Nuremburg Trials" were. First off, Hitler wasn't a private but a corporal. Yes, thats a low rank, just above private. However, he was a fanatical soldier that did demonstrate almost suicidal bravery. I believe he received battlefield commendations for his actions in the war. That was Hitler's appeal as a politician, being an anonymous corporal in World War I from a relatively modest background. His political appeal was that he represented the common man as opposed to other politicians in Germany.

About his leadership abilities militarily. Many of the high ranking members of the German Officers Corps had little respect for him, however on some occasions his descisions were indeed brilliant, and other times extremely poor. Obviously he ran things in an a least somewhat brilliant manner if you look at Germany's war time successes.

Briggs stands no chance and to tell you the truth, never did stand a chance in the division to begin with. Peter by early KO and back in the title picture.

                  I like Briggs

And can see him getting over on Peter. Can't really say that I have any other reason than that Briggs, for the first time in his career, sounds like he's in a good place mentally. That's 80% of the fight right there.

                      peter by KO, Tko

Briggs gets ahead early with his skills and movement, then gets lazy and tired (just like his last number of fights), Peter catches him in the middle rounds.
