I do not think Leonard was afraid of Pryor and I think he would have won that fight. I do not remember the offer he made Pryor but I am sure it was a poor one and Pryor had every right to turn down an insulting offer. Leonard was very greedy with keeping most of the purse just as Oscar and Floyd are.

IMO, when manny acted like a petulant child no one had a problem with it. When floyd does it, now suddenly he has to do it for the good of the sport and the fans. GTFO!
Manny had the deal he wanted and let it go. If you or I did that, we'd be ass out.
Unless there are changed situations, the original offers should still be valid. Nothing changed but the offer was withdrawn because of the arbitrary, controlling urge of Mayweather. If he's so keen on a "fair fight" he shouldn't object if it's fair all 'round, such as in the money share. Pacquiao is a much bigger global name than he is, which probably gripes him enough to want to be the "BIG BOSS over Pacquiao..................and Arum......a psychotic child.......
Makes him feel good......
If MannyP was not so placating and polite, trying to be "the world's good guy" Mayweather wouldn't dare try to take such advantage of him.......

At that, I seem to have a dim memory of Mayweather, during these Pacquiao offers, saying that the offer was only open for a certain amount of time, so you may be right in part.Last edited by edgarg; 04-03-2012, 05:34 PM.

It was the Pacquiao side which came down to 14 days and then were told that it wasn't being offered any more. So, since Mayweather wouldn't accept Pacquiao's good faith compromise, which had actually been first proposed by Mayweather, it was obvious that he really was only making a fool of everybody. As I've already pointed out, Greenburg and Kizer testified to this. His motive? Feeling "good".... What we call Chutzpah. Mayweather is more full with this than any boxer I've ever heard of....except Muhammed Ali.

who in the upcoming PPV, BOY wisely got the Canelo to co-feature, cause, BOY dosen't come close to Pac's popularity....DUMBO!!!
