probably seperate charges that will be ran concurrently. Probably life for the murder and 10 years for being a driver in an attempted robbery

He has to serve a life sentence (which equals 24 years). He will not be eligible for parole (early release), during that period. After serving that 24 year life sentence, he must do another 10 years (which parole will be eligible).

I was in Las Vegas to watch his rematch with Mayorga in 03'...I will always remember how sad he looked as he was leaving the ring when the decision went against him. It seemed noting went right for him after that, he was constantly injured, didn't box much, and ironically if he was training for his mandatory title defense against Sergio Martinez win or lose he probably wouldn't have ran into trouble that fateful night b/c he would have been too busy training. Such a shame...hopefully he's RIP.
