If this fight really does happen, I think it can be a positive for Chavez even if he loses.

If he gets blown out the water, it won't be good but if he puts in a good showing, I think his stock can still rise even in defeat.

Of course if he manages the major upset, it would propel his career through the roof and all the nay sayers would have nothing left to talk about.

I agree with all of this, but then again I just don't see Jr beating Maravilla in any shape or form. I just can't see it.

But, I still think this fight won't happen with Arum in charge.

Martinez won't be able to KO Chavez, he will get a ud win. Not because Chavez is some kinda super star but I think the size will play a role in this.

Rubio was rocking Chavez with some of his punches. I don't think you can come forward with no defense and go the distance against Martinez.
