              its unreal how hes outlived his contemporaries and his own children and everyone from the rough place he grew up. hes taken just about as much punishment as any fighter yet he still has his wits about him... crazy.

                  how was jake able to withstand bombs coming from an ATG puncher like ray that has been landing flush again and again is simply mind boggling...

                    they dont make fighters like that anymore. think of a guy whos supposed to have a great chin like antonio margarito in his prime. does he take those shots??? hell no! men used to be tougher, theres no doubt about it, and lamotta was the real deal when it came to toughness.
