There are atleast 2 other undefeated Cuban pros with the same handler going through the same legal issues with their promoters.

Yunier Dorticos is atleast one of them that has gone public about not fighting until those issues are resolved.

Gamboa's camp has come out on several occasions now clarifying that none of the issues stemmed from the actual fight with Rios, but the promotional contract.
