What does having dirt on him have to do with a purely contractual issue? Most probably, Gamboa is just getting very bad advice. Say what you will about Top Rank but the lawyers they pay probably make sure the agreements are air tight.

Well if Gamboa got dirt on Arum he may force him to drop the lawsuit. Unlikely but possible.
