He does not have the overall skills. He relies far too much on his athleticism, and it already cost him against Peterson. If he is going to end his career considered a truly great fighter, he has a lot of work to do. Right now he's no where near the best fighter in the sport.

Amir khan does have the tools to be great fighter. He's got speed he's athletic has a good jab he's tall works hard always in condition. He just needs to tighten up his defence. Forget the manny pacquiao style of fighting the all out ambush style and pick your shots.

Khan cannot fight inside and he has wobbly legs and a suspect chin.
he should stick to 6 round fights as he is **** when a mexican style boxer gets up close when hes tired

Khan is nothing special. On the plus side, he has speed, good range, and some athleticism, but he's one dimensional. All outside game. No in-game, his mid-range game isn't anything special. Poor footwork, defense, and ring IQ. He's not a fluid. comfortable boxer, he fights more like a programmed robot. His combos are sloppy and he's not that accurate. Immensely overrated due to speed (as many fighters are).

And yes, I know Sugar Ray Leonard is an ATG (79-82 SRL was ****ing amazing) who knows a ton more about boxing than me, so you can save the "you think you know more than Leonard?" argument. Knowledgeable boxing people can make bad predictions: Eddie Futch made some bad ones, Muhammad Ali said Michael Spinks would beat Mike Tyson.

Just wait and see. Khan is unlikely to be anything more than a decent titleholder/champion.

Khan does not have power---look at how Peterson just walked through his punches. Peterson couldn't do that with Bradley.

Sadly Khan doesn't have variety in his punches. He's predictable. Jabs and straights.

He said some interesting things about mayweather, pacman and mosley, basically said when in the ring he would beat them all. Always described guys like Duran as great, said he was the best inside fighter ever, then on mayweather said he was just good.

On khan he said he has the speed, power, skills and the fighting instinct to become the best but seems to lack it mentally at the moment, he sounded close with khan, looked like he sees himself in it in terms of the hand speed and how aggressive khan is

peterson better watch out, he is going to get one hell of an ass whooping
