Cotto said it was`nt right for my case,how was it not right for his case?Its obvious that he did`nt want it with Floyd.Back in 2008 when Merchant asked him on National TV to call Floyd out he did`nt say anything.That shows that he did`nt want it with Floyd back then.

Using your logic, Merchant asked Floyd about Cotto after the Hatton fight and he said he didn't wanna fight Cotto or any welterweights so therefore he "didn't want it with Cotto"

This has to be one of the dumbest threads. Cotto says that he will fight anyone they put in front of him, but since he didn't call Floyd out, he was avoiding him. I guess since I didn't hear him calling the Klitschko's out, he was avoiding them to?

Question is how can you fight someone who has all the intention in the world to retire? How about saying they duck each other?

Floyd tried to do a fight with Cotto in 2005 and 2006,at that time Floyd was active.Floyd went on vacation in late 2007 early 2008.

And in 2008 after one of Cotto`s fights,Larry Merchant asked Cotto to call Floyd out and Cotto did`nt say a word.
