The only interesting thing about Pac fighting Bradley and not Cotto at 147 is that it seemed like Bradley was the last resort for a fight, and like Arum and Pac didn't really want the Bradley fight. It seemed like the last resort really.

Yeah I forgot when writing a letter to get a fight and if you don't it's a duck.That is like a guy calling some guy out in an interview and not getting the fight and calling it a duck.
No offer,no fight.Weather it was a business decision or not it's far from ducking somebody.
