[QUOTE=SWEETSCIENCE100;11940353]Boxing has never been a gentlemens sport you idiot. It originated from gladiator fighting where people cheered at the sight of decapitation. Its a blood lusting game, a violent drama filled game where people ride high on emotion, pain and excitment. Golf is a gentlemens game not boxng you fool Its idiots like you who got it twisted spreading that non violent, no profanity BS. Boxings best fighters came from the gutter, thier coaches and role models were street people themselves. Boxing is filled with dirty people, thugs, mob bosses, crooked old rich men that were murders and drug dealers. To think it was ever a gentlemens game is beyound ******. Please go away with your weak thinking and super weak emotions and feelings. Leave boxing to the blood lusters and warriors of the world. You have a spot on the 11th hole waitiing on you, yeah I believe Golf better suits you son! [COLOR="Red"]........ Im so glad you come here and school these fools. I want to but half the time ******ity is just too much LOL!!!!!Last edited by Jayallday9; 03-28-2012, 09:32 AM.

Roger the voice of reason
Roger is the true leader of all blacks in America. When Roger speaks the blacks listen. Roger should be on TV daily even on the today show as a host. This guy is the real MLK and has done more for blacks than any other man ever. Thanks Roger for being the image and face and voice of all black people. Rogers words should be written down and immortalized. Roger has a dream MLK did not.

listen, here is my view on all of this:
floyd is the best boxer of this generation (probably all time). his defensive skills are on a whole other level compared to any other fighter. BUT, this does not make him the "greatest" fighter because, as we all know, he has not always fought the best fighters in his career. people always talk him not fighting cotto, margarito, mosley back in the day. he didn't fight them because they were high risk (I think this is *****, but smart). he could have beat them all in their primes but the risk was higher than other options he had (and when he didn't have any he "retired")
pacquiao is not much better in my eyes for fighting the best competition. after beating all the legendary mexicans, his wins are not impressive (cotto win you could say was impressive i guess). but, pac doesnt pic his fights arum does so it's harder to put blame on him, he is not in full control.
anyways, i think floyd would beat pac by ud, but its possible that since pac would be throwing many more combinations (mostly missing) the judges would give him the decision for being the agressor and more active fighter.
Floyd tends to get overly criticized for the matchmaking. When Cotto was in his prime, even Cotto said that Mayweather wasn't actively sought. It was a decision that Arum made.
Then Mosley -- Floyd is on record after at least two fights, saying that he would like to fight Mosley and Oscar. But commentators like Roy Jones Jr. clearly said right after that, that it would be a dangerous fight for both Mosley and Oscar. And that if he were them, he wouldn't fight Floyd!
And yet, Floyd is labeled as the guy that avoided them. Haha. Amazing how people overlook things or just don't do their homework enough.

It is a fact that Mosley was the holdup for the fight. When Mosley stopped Vargus, they asked him about Mayweather and Mosley talked about a tooth and avoided the question which was broadcasted live at the time. They were supposed to fight when Mayweather was at 130 and Mosley at 135 but not sure what the original holdup was back then.
