Saying something & actually doing it are 2 very different things
That goes both ways. Other fighters that said they wanted to fight Floyd publicly, and yet never did, have to be held accountable too under the gist of what you're saying.

Exactly what i was going to reply with lol. Floyd is well known for talking a lot, but his actions do not match the talk. He would have beaten mosley, oscar, cotto, all of them...in their primes, but he chose not to
Once Floyd beats Cotto. If he beats Pacquiao convincingly (this means not just hitting pac with 3-4 clean counters per round, but actually walking him down throwing combinations etc.) and then goes on to beat martinez in similar fashion we can call him the G.O.A.T, but I do not think this is happening
It is a fact that Mosley was the holdup for the fight. When Mosley stopped Vargus, they asked him about Mayweather and Mosley talked about a tooth and avoided the question which was broadcasted live at the time. They were supposed to fight when Mayweather was at 130 and Mosley at 135 but not sure what the original holdup was back then.
Don't tell them that, they do not want to hear that. It's always Floyd's fault. It was Floyd's fault for getting headbutted. It was Floyd's fault for getting hit with a low-blow. It's always Floyd's fault! Remember that.

Mosley never bothered to call Floyd out during his "prime" years. Instead, it was Floyd that publicly called Mosley out. There's footage of Floyd even clowning Mosley about his excuses. So now what you gonna say? It was still Floyd's fault, yes.
I never seen Oscar calling out Floyd during Oscar's prime years either. Instead, it was Floyd calling Oscar out for years!
I never seen Cotto calling out Floyd either. Instead, Cotto admitted that Floyd wasn't ever really a target. He was never sought after for a fight. Cotto went on record with that.
The only one that had the ball$ to call Floyd out was Margarito, the cheater who has not been the same fighter he once was after he got busted for cheating.

the holdup was mayweathers vag. it always gets in the way. mosley would have surely stopped him at 135 when he had something left. he almost stopped him last time but he stopped fighting after 2 rounds.
