So lets discount this guy, because Brazil is not a Spanish speaking country. His·pan·ic
adjective /hiˈspanik/
1) Of or relating to Spain or to Spanish-speaking countries, esp. those of Latin America
2) Of or relating to Spanish-speaking people or their culture, esp. in the US
Is the Philippines generally a Spanish speaking country? No
So how can they be Hispanic? Its an Asian country with Hispanic influence it also has influence from Arabs, Chinese, American and Japanese and it also has it's pre-colonial cultures that is similar to the Islanders.
Jofre was true great fighter, only lost to Harada on close decisions in Japan.
Jofre had KO power in both hands, a great boxer puncher, fast reflexes and a deadly body puncher.
But because he can't speak Spanish, he can't be on this list.Comment

Just The Fact That Salvadore Sanchez is left off the list says a lot!
I mean really? Salvadore Sanchez was perhaps pound for pound better than all of the guys listed. I'm not sure if it's because of the age of the person that posted the thread of just a lack of knowledge of boxing. Either way, He's the best.Comment
