It is hard to pick without being biased especially if you are latino. They all have had ups and downs and wonderfull careers. Titles don't matter for me it is the level of opposition and they all fought great opposition. For me my top 3 in no order are Duran, Chavez and Arguello.

Pacquiao is still fighting so his stock is still rising and most likely be remember as the NO.1 Hispanic fighter of all time.
Does he even speak Spanish?
Do they relate in any way to Spanish Culture as a whole, or trace elements of it like Latin America?
Just wondering...

this question is asking posters opinion. Since none of us are boxing historians, all of our answers can be debated.
There are dozens of Pro hispanic fighters that have contributed to the sport in their own way. I do not think you can credit 1 single "hispanic" as being the "greatest"... It is kind of like asking what american car was the best ever... it is a pretty vague question.
