I seriously don't know what you watch.

He moves backwards plenty during this sparring session.

Its not fighting its just conditioning inside the ring , the fight is in May , nothing special just honest work .

and there are also times where he stands and trades, except he makes Omar miss and tags him.

I'm more amazed at all the successful traps he set on Omar. Floyd is a ring master.

I know he did. But when Henry threw body punches, he stood his ground and made him missed[blocked by his elbows and gloves]. I was really impressed when he fought off his backfoot as well. The way he countered Omar up top with his hook/uppercut was amazing.

I can see Floyd hitting Cott with that lead left hook all night long.

Yes, that is the one thing that stood out to me as well, was how frequently Floyd was throwing a lead left hook and how often it was landing.

Floyd looked about the same skill, speed, and agilitiy wise as he did with Ortiz last year.

I think the fight will play out with Mayweather standing his ground mostly and trading with Cotto, and obviously I see Floyd making Cotto miss and tagging him far more often. I can imagine by the time round 3 or 4 starts, Floyd will have Cotto backing up most of the time. Cotto backs up a lot now, and than tries to explode with a combo, but Floyd can easily get out of range from Cotto when he does that, and tag him with counters. Once he gets Cotto backing up and corners him, it's a perfect time to throw that lead left hook, one of his best punches.

Is it just me or is this vid pixelated. Nice find anyway.

Interesting to see Floyd wear winning for sparring. Looks like all the pro use winning while sparring regardless of what they wear in the ring.

I'm sure some if not most can see floyd is holding back. I wouldn't make too much of this sparring, floyd has skills on tap if and when needed. Seems to me it was just skimming the surface.

He was posing and admiring his work, something cotto does often. Watch more cotto fights.

Also, he wasn't "trying" to emulate cotto - he just naturally fights like the mofo. (to the person who said he was emulating)
